2. What data I process and for what purpose

The contact form sends your details to my own server, which emails me the message and keeps a backup copy. No external form service is involved. The data collected is what the form shows — name, email, company, sector, type of work, timeline and your message — together with the IP address it was sent from, which is logged in order to limit abuse of the form.

This data is processed in order to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to manage the professional relationship. The server hosting the site also logs technical connection data for security and operational purposes.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent when you send me the communication, on the performance of a contract or of pre-contractual measures where applicable, and on the legitimate interests in responding to professional enquiries and keeping the site secure, in accordance with Llei 29/2021.

4. Retention

Data is retained for as long as the professional relationship lasts and, thereafter, for the statutory limitation periods that apply.

5. Recipients and data processors

No data is disclosed to third parties except where required by law. Hosting is provided by RAIOLA NETWORKS, Avenida de Magoi, nº 66, semisótano derecha, 27002 Lugo (Spain), acting as data processor. Spain is part of the European Union; conversely, Decisió 2010/625/UE recognises that the Principat d'Andorra provides an adequate level of protection, so this transfer of data requires no additional safeguards.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to marcoantonio@oltracamara.es. If you believe the processing does not comply with the applicable rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades (APDA), www.apda.ad.
