Technical judgement, in three formats

It all starts with a short conversation. From there we choose the depth; you're not buying a fixed package.

Subjects

What's covered in any of the three formats.

What I work on

ISO 14046 water footprint

Scope, functional unit, inventory, blue, green and grey footprint, critical review and support through to certification.

Precision agriculture

Remote sensing, vegetation indices, zoning, variable rate prescription and the digital field record.

Irrigation and fertigation

Crop water balance, dose scheduling and control of application efficiency.

Plant health and regulation

Traceability of active substances, maximum residue limits and degree-day models for setting thresholds.

Corporate sustainability

Turning agronomic data into ESRS E3 reporting and into reduction commitments that can be certified.

Agtech product and strategy

Defining the roadmap, agronomic validation of the product and entry into new markets.

Process

From your first email to the proposal.

What happens when you write to me

No automated funnel, no three discovery calls.

STEP 01

Your message

You tell me the situation and the timeline. I read it myself and answer you personally.

STEP 02

A short call

Video call or phone. We come out with the problem framed and a recommendation, whether there's work in it or not.

STEP 03

Proposal

Scope, deliverables, schedule and fees in a short document. No small print.

STEP 04

Kick-off

A launch meeting with your technical team and a milestone schedule agreed.

Fees

How I price, so there are no surprises.

How I quote

Express Diagnosis

A fixed fee per session, which I tell you before you book it. It's the cheapest way to find out whether there's anything to do.

Project

A fixed price by scope, invoiced by milestone. I don't work by the hour: the risk of having estimated badly is mine, not yours.

Expert reports and advice

A fixed-price report with a retainer up front; testimony in court is quoted separately. Ongoing advice works on a retainer fee.

Before I send any proposal, I'll tell you frankly whether I think the work is worth it for you.

Which of the three fits your case?

If you're not sure, start with the shortest one. That's exactly what it's for.
